Mall Meeting
So we had an impromtu meeting on Wednesday since, my AC had just gotten back from out of town and Honey...Jake's sister, was leaving our group, the next week.
So we met in front of JC Penny's at 10:00 AM.
We took a couple of group photos of the dogs, (always fun to do when they see each other for the first time!! Lol!!) before heading toward the doors.
We went over some new techniques that GDF wants us to use when having them find the doors; (they have to put thier nose on the handle....Paul was the only one who could actually reach the handle!)
Since we are such a small group...compared to last time...that we just decided to stick togethor and go through the stores...one by one.
We went through a couple of stores,
Walked through the empty-at-10-in-the-morning food court, and walked around the kids play things, and watched the escaloter, go up and down....up and down.....up and...you get the point.
We walked through a music store and then practiced finding the chair.....something I hadn't done with Rei yet. Bad PR!!!
Then we found the elevator....*new technique* Find the elevator button with nose.
Rode up it...which was fun with three dogs and 5 humans all squished into this tiny elevator!!
Walked around that store for a little bit before finding the eley again and riding down.
At the bottom we walked to the Pet Store, which is on the other end of the mall....in between we stopped and listened to a blender, and practiced WALKING up the stairs in stead of running up them!!
At the Pet shop, Rei and this fuzzy white puppy got into a barking match and so we quickly departed after a once around the store.
On the way back to "our" side of the mall, my AC and I switched dogs, much to my arms relief!! Of course Rei behaved perfectly for her.....
We Bid Honey a last farewell before departing for our vehicles.
They did anyways...we went back for another hour to look for shoes for my graduation.
And that was our May Meeting!!!
